Brousseau Hall, our Community Hall, is available for rental for private functions that are family friendly events such as birthday parties, weddings, and anniversaries.
All rentals must be approved by our Executive Committee. Events that are not Family Friendly WILL NOT be approved.
The application process may take up to one month so please plan accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate functions such as funeral receptions on shorter notice.
The hall comfortably seats 90-100 people. Larger crowds of up to 300 may be accommodated if standing. We have rectangular tables and chairs that may be used by renters or they may bring in other tables and chairs as they desired.
Our kitchen is caterer friendly and features, a 6 burner gas stove, griddle, and two deep fat fryers. We have limited refrigerator space and also have an ice maker available.
Our rental rates are $50 per hour with a three hour minimum. We offer 1 hour additional to the rental period for setup and clean up at no extra charge. If more than 1 hour is required for these activities they will be accommodated at the standard rental fee.
Completed applications must be submitted with a $100 security deposit. The security deposit check WILL BE CASHED. The fire company will return the security deposit fee within 3 weeks of the completion of the rental.
Rental payment is due IN FULL 5 days prior to the event.
Our facility is smoke free and setup and clean up are the full responsibility of the renter. Clean up includes sweeping of the hall, mopping of any spills and the kitchen area (if used), trash placed in the dumpster and new liners (will be supplied) in all the trash cans prior to departure.
The fire company will provide a representative to stand by to assist with the rental.
