Welcome to the Gales Ferry Fire Company home on the net.

The Gales Ferry Fire Company is a combination fire department of 40 volunteers and 2 career firefighters. Our career firefighters provide support Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

We respond to:

Fires
Life Threatening Medical Calls
Hazardous Materials Incidents
Rescue Incidents including MVAs and Confined Space Rescue
Mutual aid to Ledyard Center, Groton, Preston, Montville, and the Naval Submarine Base

To listen in, our home frequency is 33.580 MHz with a high band frequency of 453.925 MHz.

For membership information feel free to write, call or stop by. New members are always welcome and we have a job for any interested volunteer regardless of experience!
